RGLA + CRABTREE AND EVELYN
NEW OUTLET PROTOTYPE
After an identity rebranding and complete re-design of their full price stores, Crabtree and Evelyn wanted to update their outlets with a fresh, new design as well. RGLA was tasked with creating an outlet experience that focused on product assortment and flexible merchandising, appealed to the younger generation their rebranding efforts were aimed towards, and differed from the full price stores in look and feel without straying completely. I worked on a team with two designers to create a casual, market concept that highlighted Crabtree and Evelyn's products through interesting and varied floor fixtures, focal walls within the perimeter system, materials and signage. As the full price concept was aimed to have the look and feel of the Botanist's Home, the outlet concept took on the more rugged, outdoor appearance of the Botanist's Garden.
SIGNAGE PROGRAM
The outlet concept relied heavily on the graphics and signage within the store. I aimed to design a flexible, interesting signage program with multiple levels of communication as well as ease of graphic changeability.
